Simply call your location’s 24-hour phone banking services line and a recorded message will help you every step of the way. You will be prompted to enter your account number. If you need account number assistance, contact your local branch. Next, you will be asked to enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number). The first time you call you will be asked to enter the last four digits of your Social Security number (this must be the primary SS# that is listed on the account signature card). Then, you will be asked to enter a permanent four digit PIN number of your choice. You may want to use the same PIN for all your accounts. You are the only person who knows your PIN, so please keep it secure.
