We’ve been made aware that scammers are spoofing Pioneer Bank’s phone number and pretending to be from our fraud department.
❗ Pioneer Bank will NEVER call you and ask for sensitive information
This includes:
- Online banking usernames or passwords
- Debit card numbers or PINs
- One-time passcodes or security codes
- Full Social Security numbers
❗ Even if the call appears to come from our phone number, do not trust it. Caller ID can be faked.
✅ If you receive a suspicious call:
- Hang up immediately
- Do not provide any information
- Call us directly at 800-624-5200 or by using the number on our official website or your bank statement
