We have been alerted by our customers there is a phone scam targeting you. If you receive a text that looks like this:
DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER!
Pioneer Bank will NEVER ask for your full card number, Social Security, the security code listed on the back of your card, or PIN number.
If you have provided this information, please notify your branch IMMEDIATELY or call our fraud reporting phone number is 855-943-4292.
If you have provided them your personal information and downloaded the CardControl app we recommend you immediately turn the card off.
