Team Pioneer recently celebrated workiversarys for Matthew Burke, Vice President/IT Manager; and Ryan Blanchard, Comp Tech.
Matthew has been at Pioneer for 15 years. “I began at Pioneer Bank 15-years ago, just hoping to make a little money to get back to where I previously called home in the state of Iowa,” says Matthew. “Never did I expect to find a team that truly cares for my well-being and success in much the same way a family does. My wife Julie and I still hold the record for the only Pioneer Bank wedding, at least in this century, and I’m eager to see what the next 15-years hold in store as our life journey continues to unfold. It’s been a privilege to be part of the leadership team at Pioneer Bank and I’m quite excited for the future as we continue to raise the bar for what it means to be a Community Bank.”
Ryan celebrated 5 years with Pioneer Bank. He stated, “No idea how it’s been five years, but it’s been quite the ride, and I’ve grown a lot as a technician. I’ve earned three certifications (A+, Network+, and Security+), rebuilt the networks to include a fully integrated WiFi system, and now create data management systems. I never would have imagined getting to this level, and I’d like to say thank you to everyone at Pioneer Bank for the support and the opportunity.”
